This Statement outlines the terms and conditions governing all sales and purchases made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the internet, telephone/fax or post. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this site.

Minimum order charge is £10.00. Carriage charges are minimum £3.95 with on-line orders and £5 by telephone. Small items are charged at £3.95 online and £5 by telephone. Inter EU Trade orders are minimum £500.

Placing an order on line is an offer only and a binding contract will be formed when we accept the offer and take your money and ship your goods. All products and prices on our web shop are subject to availability. We will where ever possible sell the products we still have in stock at published prices. All descriptions and specifications are liable to change without notice. Stock changes throughout the day. If your order is urgent you can email us to check availability. Office hours are 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri Lunch is 1pm to 2pm.

UK carriage stated is for mainland UK only over water destinations occur additional charges.

All equipment listed on shop is brand new with full manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise. You have the right to return or cancel your order for any reason up to 30 working days after receiving the goods, which you must do in writing. To:

All returns must be carriage paid to our office address above. We will refund you within 30 days of cancelling the order. Returns must be received before we can despatch a replacement. Please contact us for a RMA number this must be clearly stated on the return packaging any parcels without a valid RMA will be refused at our premises. All returned items returned under the distance selling rules must be complete with all parts, accessories, etc. and in new condition with original packaging, otherwise a restocking charge could be made to make the goods perfect to sell. We do not refund shipping charges on unwanted goods or items returned for service, exchange or repair.

Faulty returned items subsequently found to be working fine, NFF (No Fault Found) and only faulty due to customers power source or bad installation are subject to a test, inspection and return carriage charge of minimum £30 plus vat for UK customers. Overseas customers minimum fee of £60 plus vat.

Special order items which are subsequently cancelled or returned are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Electronic charts are classed as software, royalties are paid at time of sale so are not refundable. Any equipment repaired by us must must collected within 60 days for otherwise it is disposed of.

If you request spare parts for equipment, which are not listed on our website, these will be treated as "supplied to customers specification" and will not be accepted back for refund.

Any issued credit notes are valid for 6 months.

The site is secure so that consumer's personal information remains confidential.  

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
